Is there any possible way you could have an option to freeze the passage of time? I hate how quick the timescale is in this game, days pass too quickly for how big the world is. Since R* made it hard to mod, we're not going to be seeing any timescale mods any time soon, but being able to freeze the passage of time would be great.

I did a small test today morning with the trainer and no weapons got locked , Will check it out again if someone can send me a game save .

First of all update your drivers, this could fix some of your performance problems easy. The solutions posted may or may not help you, this is just a list of fixes found on this subreddit.

Small tip : If you want to avoid these fixes, and get your way around it you have the option to download Saves Files after the mission you are stuck on OR you can try failing the stage 3 times before your game crashes gives you the choice of SKIPPING to the next Checkpoint.

• Problem I --This might fix the crash when shooting while driving--

1 ) Right Click on GTA Folder - Properties - Security - Edit, check "Full Control" for your username, hit ok then ok and uncheck the Read Only box.

2 ) Try switching the Version of DirectX from 11 to 10.1 or 10

3) Go ingame Settings > Saving and Startup > And Turn ON Landing Page > Restart Game ( if it's already on try switching it off and then back to on).

Same problem was encountered for FIFA15

Warning: Work for some, not for others, it may cause FPS drops *( for me it worked out by changing *VSYC ON and OFF and restarting the game, no more fps drops).

1) Run cmd.exe as adminstrator, once the cmd prompt opens up type the following and press Enter:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

2) If done correctly, you'll see the message "The operation completed successfully" If you get an "Access denied" message, then you didn't run cmd.exe as administrator. ( to run it as administrator just type cmd in the search bar and right click on it)

3) Next, restart your PC

4) After your PC restarted, try running the game again.

B) If your launcher gives you an error, it might be because of the 3dmgame.dll not having permission to run or it’s deleted because of the antivirus, had this problem I just uninstalled my antivirus and it worked.

C)If your game starts but social club wont let you play utill you login into your accout, try disconnecting from your internet, it should login as *** offline mode.

D)GTA V – Grand Theft Auto V Launcher has Stopped Working

This can happen if you have a laptop with a switchable graphics feature – doesn’t always resolve the issue, therefore not ‘resolved’. Disable the dedicated graphic card temporarily by following these steps:

Open the Start Menu, type “devmgmt.msc” and open the Device MANAGER Scroll to Display Adapters, expand and right click on your dedicated graphic card Disable it Launch the game When the launcher appears, go back to Device MANAGER and re-enable your dedicated graphic card.

  "Go to documents>Rockstar Games>Social Club>Profiles>delete everything thats in there. Now when you launch the game it should say sign in ofline as 3dmgame."

• Problem VI -- Black screen trying to open Director Mode-- This might be relate to the other crashes BUT it might be because of allocated space.

Go to setting rockstar edditor and Alocate More Space aslo have some free space on your drive, like 25-50 GB. Hope it helps.

I ended up starting another newgame and didnt use f12 this time, so i overwrote that save already sorry.

The trainer works great I cant seem to get max stats to work and not being able to unlock guns with franklin, im still in the firs 5/6 missions so maybe that's y..but thanks for the trainer

that is what happened to me i restarted and this time didnt active f12 or f7 until after franklins first mission

Now i am crashing witch Michael in the getaway truck in the Jewel Heist Mission.
Edit- after investigating i have discovered that people with and without modifications to the game are having the crash problem - the following are the two reported fixes for some people
1 - Go to gta5 folder in steam and give full rights to all users
2 - Go to your documents/Rockstar Games/Gta v/Profile/Your profile number and locate this two files : cfg.dat and pc_settings.bin. Delete or move them, launch the game and should be fine.

Always a chance really.. but I've been using it with no issues so far. Do this just to be on the safe side-

• In steam launch options write the following "-scOfflineOnly" - Credit to Angel for tip
• Use at your own risk .

Only if you use it online. Use In steam launch options write the following -scOfflineOnly to prevent the game to accidently go online.
