I just bought the game and waiting for the key at the moment .
Edit : I contacted their support and they told me the following "The keys will be delivered tomorrow, we have EU Release day".

first i do not own this game but have you right clicked the game box in your origin client game library and then clicked on view game details that is where /how most of the extras for ea games are installed
