Having Problem In Max Payne 3 +5 Trainer

As I Launch The Trainer Shows Game is on but only These Option Gets Activate

1. No Reload
2. Inf. Painkillers
3. Inf. SLowmotion

And I cannot activate

1. Inf. Health
2. Inf. Ammo

Please Help me Solve...... Otherwise i will dance..
