can you either find a way to allow troops to move regardless of attrition by disabling it or filling them with infinite supplies

because the game is buggy and they won't move regardless of upgrading train tracks, roads, storage facilities
and the only thing that claims is the issue is still attrition


some troops will attack but they fail to win then pull back regardless of what kind of orders i give them

i also got bases with low supply but everything is max level
