So if I'm playing as germany ( GER ) and want to play as Ireland (IRE) i'll open the console with the tilde key and enter tag IRE, and I will now be on Ireland

You can also find out the country tags be using tdebug and putting your cursor over their land. Just remember to use it again after to deactivate

I've noticed that when I try to use any of your trainers now that I receive an error
"insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service". It also
seems to be exclusive to your trainers, I haven't encountered it anywhere else.
Do you know what it may be?

There is a problem with super production I think. At some point the stored supplies will just jump to around -1.7 million and units wont be resupplied until its again at positive values. Infinite stored supplies wont help because it cant increment so units wont be resupplied either.

just disable super production before your stockpile gets to 2 million. 1.5 mil stockpile wont be easy to exhaust for your armies

when your supply gets low just enable again super production

Google Chrome says it's a harmful file. I bypass it, try to run it, and it says "Insufficient system resources to run." And then McAfee quarantines it. I've tried it on multiple browsers, and it does the same thing every time.
