why did it take so long

Because MAF does EVERY trainer on this site. Because the game has introduced major revamps to the core game system. Because there are TWENTY TWO cheats he needs to update. And because you coming here posting 17 +1's in a ten hour period does nothing but make the community as a whole look like a bunch of ungrateful people who don't realize that MAF could very easily start charging us for his trainers, but he doesn't.

He just said in the chat that donor's have (which you should probably donate too) that he's working on it now. That it has 22 cheats that needs to be tested and worked on.

Well if you're a donor u can see the donor chat in which MAF will respond to our questions.

That being said just be patient, play some other games first while waiting the updates, it's really not easy to create a trainer and ensure it works. Spamming the thread also won't make things faster. lol
