I don't know why. The add city recruits doesn't work in V3.2.0 with DLC Rebellion. Using the V3.2.0 trainer.

if your desperate or really want a update i would i suggest throwing a donation mafs way that tends to speed things up.

there is so many games to update/ being released and there is only one maf.

he does this all for free and your right low popularity means low priority as people are less likely to thank him with donations for his work.
