Hitman 2016 trainer not working

When press a botton nothing happen only a windows sound

Please specify what is the game version and which trainer you using.

General, you have to open the game first then enter in game world where you will activate trainer (you will hear sound english+red text activated) then you can activate rest of the cheats.
