I'm gonna be honest, current trainer it's still working for current game build which is still v1.14.3

If issue still persist, i recommend to download again and extract to a specific folder exempted from any software may interfere with the trainer (e.g antivirus) then launch the trainer as administrator while in-game.

Hey all just a heads-up. You can play HITMAN 2016 by downloading and installing HITMAN 2 on steam as long as you already own the first game. The trainers for HITMAN 2 are working right now!
