How to attach JPEGs?

I was asked to attach some pics to explain my thread.....I have searched the forum but could not find a hint. Can someone please tell me how I can attach pictures (JPEG) to one of my posts?

it should say insert image on the image icon

Of course I tried that....but you habe to enter a http:// adress then.....any other idea?

try getting the image url then putting the url where it tells you too put it
