I managed to cheat with CE Materials and Energy never go down it just add up.but I don't know if enemy have it too.
Need cheat for RESEARCH and building HEALTH.

yea i got the same i got energy and materials thru cheat engine but cant get research or health need someone who knows what they are doing to make a working trainer even if that trainer only does give instant research and health!
