I tested the steam version with the version from EGS. The working cheats are: fast construction, max rating, unlimited power.

The game is for free till the 07.01.2021 on Epic Games.

Well shit, everything is now locked behind a paywall on wemod.

Paid plan isn't needed for the trainer to work. If you want to click the toggle buttons, then you need it, but if you just use the F-keys on your keyboard while ingame (with the trainer open in the background) you should hear a sound confirming activation or deactivation of the cheat.
