In case you anyone tries cheat engine. You can cheat by searching for the food stock in granaries. Search for exact value. A small granary can hold max. 200 food. The amount of food stored in a granary can be seen by clicking on the building btw... If you find the value for a granary, you can always refill it with 200 food. Etc. might work for stone etc. I haven't tried that. Sorry if off topic, but might help someone...
