there's no need a trainer at all.... just use cheat engine to find the values of hearts & freeze em..

i just need something to freeze the combos though...

You can set the combo values too. You just need to scan for incremental changes, then find the one that matches your current combo count, and freeze the value. I can upload the file if need be.
