The trainer had worked for me when I first started using it ( I bought the game late, so all DLC and updates were applied at the time). The only thing that appears to have gone are the intuition points cheat, and it was a very random event. I had played several sessions with infinite everything then suddenly it didn't work. This isn't a game-breaker in my opinion. A majority of the events were you would use that cheat are pretty intuitive anyway. The harder parts of the game still benefit from the infinite health and ammo cheats, which appear to be unaffected.
