Lambda Wars is a mod for source engine. It trows HL2 universe to an RTS. Its still on Beta but updates arent often so I think its not a problem. There is clasic resource system and unit cap system.

Everythink I want is: Infinite Pop cap
Infinite srap
Infinite requisition
Instant build (Building and Units and Upgrades)
If it will happen I will be verry happy.

There is a Cheats code for this game, Type sv_cheat 1 after get into your gameworld, Type wars_giveresource requisition 1000.

You can change the requisition to Scarp and Power etc..
