This game doesn't like to be alt-tabbed out of full-screen, so I made it windowed. Even then it crashes when I start the trainer. The trainer actually started the cheat engine tutorial when I activated it. So, it was no go for me. Not saying it doesn't work, but it just never happened for me. Game running through Steam on Windows 10.
