This trainer does not work anymore. I install it used it and it worked until this new update now it doesnt work anymore. Trainer needs an update please and thanks for your hard work!!

Trainer Massive Chalice V1.1.2016 Trainer +3 works fine .

Maybe I am doing something wrong but to me inf health doesn't work at all. I am using V1.1.2016 Trainer +3

I have the same version as the last comment.

Issue may be related to:

Was able to use it when starting a game from scratch. After having a game going, I usually leave the game right before a combat scene. When I load a new game it's usually during the start of the combat scene and it does not work.

Might it have something to do with that? Does it need to be activated during a certain time? Start screen, tactical screen, combat screen, before the game starts, etc?

Any insight is appreciated! Thanks for your time!

The same thing has happened to me, so I started using a cheat table and sometimes inf. health worked only for a couple of my characters. Sometimes it "kicked in" during a battle, sometimes it stopped working during a battle. So it looks like this problem not only affects this trainer.
