max shares is easy to get, just get the 3 investment to max on each chara and you'll get it.

avast always triggers them from personal experience i always turn my avast off when i download / run trainers

You need not worry it is just a false positive. If you add the file to Avast's whitelist or ignore list it'll stop it being thrown into quarantine.
