I think a small chance, because legacy collection was to hard to find good values of making a trainer for it.

The first MMLC was an emulator and really hard to find values for, also the values would change as you moved through screens... nearly impossible to cheat on.

MMLC2 was made by Capcom themselves, not outsourced like the original. Cheat Happens already has a trainer with these exact options on it... it's 100% possible to cheat in MMLC2.
