Yes. Yesterday before update I used the trainer and works perfectly. After don't work any option of the trainer

come on guys, you gotta give the boss time here. there was just a recent update, let him know about the update and how the trainer is not working and what exactly it is doing or not doing as the case may be. Id give you the info on the version but for some reason my file is not showing any version at all. Also it was just very recent that this update occurred. The only cheat that looks like it activates is the freeze time (it comes on the trainer). However it does not have any affect in the game. The other options do not come on at all. I am using windows 7 home premium with service pack 1. Custom built ASUS PC. 64 bit 16 gig memory intel core i7-3770k cpu @ 3.50ghz 3.50 ghz. Hope any of this helps.

By that I play with update 2 (FTS) or 1.07 (CPY), or they will get another trainer?

For the last update was released on 08/07/14 and is not registered in your file update.
