Don't know if I'm breaking the forum guidelines, but I am using 24 infinity as a substitute for the trainer (single player only it is free).
BEWARE: it is considered a cheat so please don't use it in multiplayer and THERE IS a slight chance that you could be banned even if using it in single player.
