Nope. It only works on the 2005 one.

Ah please it's just idk how to make it work because i cant put the "Correct" arrow on stuff like hotkeys thingy D:

1. Put trainer in the directory of game
2. First open game , then trainer
Note : If you start new campaign , then complete first step (with bmw car) , after finishing this step , use trainer

Is the trainer gone? The attached file seems to link to the newer 2012 most wanted trainer that's on wemod only.
