Seems like an older release (why not get a newer version?)
as in a ver 1.02 old (I can't even find any information about that release of yours, as in it is not a recognised repack, neither scene nor P2P)
the trainer you are looking for would be Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag Trainer +22 V1.02
piece of advice: you should be more careful with this stuff, scene releases are usually the safest non-legal ways to play games, or "ACIV:BF Deluxe Edition is 30$ on uplay"
Sorry to impose, but what is a "scene release"? I've always used torrents to get my PC games (with a VPN since I'm in the U.S.), but I'm new around here and I'm incredibly introverted, so I'm not a member of any forums other than this one and have never heard of a "scene release".

Scene-Releases (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warez_scene) have to follow strict rules re: functionality and security and such (can be torrented as well, though the groups don't really like that)
They also tend to make cracks for all updates and DLC that are functionally the same as the legal versions (apart from online features of course). Makes it easier to find and run proper trainers.
