Need Help With Trainers

I'm having problems running trainers. I recently upgraded to windows 10(From Windows 7) and none of my trainers work anymore. I've tried to disable avast and windows defender but the trainer wont start at all, just shows my mouse loading and then nothing. Any advice on this? I've added it to every firewall I have, have tried the compatibility mode to windows 7, that didn't work either. And i've tried running it as admin. Feel like i'm running out of options here.
