been trying to activate this trainer and it doesnt work. not sure if the lastest version 1.01 is the latest one for the latest game version. i opened up game started my save file and unzipped the file. the trainer file is a .exe. i double click it to open it and press f1 and nothing. i try all other function keys and nothing. dont know if im doing something wrong. all virus scanners are disabled as well. thanks

Make sure you have trainer V1.01 , Make sure you start game first then open the trainer , Try to disable your antivirus & windows defender if the previous doesn't work .
