It's the "No tool Overheat" option, don't use that while you are using the terrain manipulator as it will cause the game to CTD.

Windows 7 64.

The Numpad buttons don't work for me. I have a laptop ( Asus ) Connected to a keyboard without Numpad, But my laptop still has Numpad. When I click them they don't work.

Might as well wait until 1.55 coming in next few days. I'm on Beta right now and multiple cheats unable to activate plus CTD when pulling weapon.

Inf Jetpack, Inf Stamina and no reload no longer working.. trainer needs to be updated.
