Notice:

• First activate soldiers in base / Base HP then go to your base and click on it then click on Base Information icon
• First activate officer stats cheat then go to your base and click on it then click on Officer Information icon then click on any Officer you wish to give higher stats to
• You must turn off Max Officer Stats,Inf.Soldiers In Base and Max Base HP cheats once you are done with them , If you click on an enemy base it will grant them the same effects .
