Odallus trainer doesnt work.

So I got the Odallus trainer awhile ago but after following the enclosed instructions about how to use it it doesnt do anything. I waiting till I saw my health bar as well as waiting till I found a health charge neither worked. What am I doing wrong if anything?

I am currently using windows 7 64 bit and I know my anti virus is not interfering with it.
