You can easily change skill points with CE it's a 4 Bytes value. Although you need at least 3 skill points

If possible we need a fly cheat, in the mission Find A Way Out, if you fall in a pit the fricken ladders never work for some reason, really annoying.

Ladders do not work because the Health cheat glitches after you die and automatically rise up again without going into respawn mode.
You need to keep yourself from being knocked down to avoid that.
