Saw the aforementioned merchant - he is the one you are introduced to on the grand tour - with the BP's in stock after leaving our shiny new, wooden fort. The BP's may not show up until after a day or two, but I know that they were there before the hotpatches.

Trainer seems to activate and work fine , Did you guys follow instructions ?

• First get into a fight then activate health cheat
• First open inventory then activate money and weight cheats
• First kill an enemy to gain exp then activate exp cheat

Yeah Money and weight cheat work. But Inf health definitely breaks the game and wrecks saves.

What do you mean breaks the game ,like if you use it in battle you instantly crash ?

Yes. Other have posted screenshots. It gives an error message, reverts to the Main Menu and then if you try and load the save/game it is corrupted. Also just to point out the game itself recently was updated to 1.03 if that matters

Game works fine for me if I follow the rules that MAF posted. It sometimes takes a couple tries. For instance press the money cheat, switch to character sheet and then back to inventory. Do that a couple of times and it'll work. Same with EXP. You might need to fight two battles, but is will work.

The Infinite Health cheat dumps you to the main menu almost immediately with an error message that is shown on page 1 of the thread.

As for the Infinite Encumbrance cheat, when you load a save you used it on I have no inventory whatsoever, like it's just missing.

When I mentioned it on the Pathfinder: Kingmaker discord someone remarked it might be because there is a finite limit on certain mechanics, and setting it to infinite or 9999999 or whatever breaks the game. I don't profess to know how it works, as I have the technical expertise of a mildly knowledgeable baboon, but that's what they said.

I haven't had any issues using the trainer. Works good for me. I would like to see more attribute points added to the trainer in character creation. Maybe double points or triple points. Or a way to set stats to 18?

I don't know why we are seeing mixed results between users. But I was following his rules for the trainer use perfectly and it would still crash and then corrupt the nearest save.


I have heard from other people because of how character data is saved that attempting to alter it causes this issue, but I am unsure if this is true. It would make sense since weight and money cheats have zero problems but infi health does. I'm not sure about the finite limit theory, there definitely ins't really a money limit.

Not sure about the exp cheat because I didn't want to end up corrupting my next save in case it also caused this issue, so if someone could solely use that cheat and let us know, that'd be great.

I imagine trying to add any cheats like adding attribute points would cause similar issues.

If editing characters is out of the question...perhaps a One-shot cheat would work? Setting the mobs hp to 1? Not sure how mobs are codded in this game though.

I can post my error screen tomorrow morning for what happens when using infini cheat.

Well, if you're soliciting ideas for for more cheats, I'd love to see unlimited ability and skill points during level up.
