Why health didn't work after several fight?

For me inf health also gives a lot of health point to the enemies.

it dont work....some times when i attack...my own guy shoots my teammate.....and the cheat for health dont work cuz i get shredded when i try to go toe to toe with the Germans cuz it dont give me infinite health......only thing that works is the gas and ammo
