Be sure to disable any mods or trainers such as the BLT trainer as they may interfere with this tool. If you have IPHLPAPI.dll in your game directory, move it or rename it before using this tool.

To edit stats and cash, first load a CRIME.NET OFFLINE mission and then enable the options.

doesn't work for me, tried on latest payday 2 version, offline mission, contract diamond heist, in game hiding behind a desk, tab out, open up trainer, presses f1, works, f2-f4 works, antivirus blocks it and deletes it, unblock it and restore it, turn antivirus off, trainer doesn't activate anymore, game glitches with inf ammo, no reload and inf health working even with trainer closed, game later crashes

When you close the trainer while cheats are activated it wont turn off , I will test it a bit more myself and see if there is anything i can improve on ,But like i mentioned it wasn't easy getting a trainer done for this game .

I have no doubt in my mind that it was hard to create a trainer for it

I agree. Just tested it out and it was working great for a few minutes. But then the game crashed. Tried again and just crashes immediately.

Yup, tried it even without internet, and on offline mode, still crashing. Usually crashing on police assault. Tried infinite ammo only, and health only. Still crashing. Never tried no reload tho. Too bad. But still a great job! Hopefully there will be a working version.
