wait i at least now i know i'm stupid for sure, i've tried in every corner of the site to look if there was a trainer but i could not find one, and now i see it there in front of me ok now i know thet i nedd to use lees or drugs or at least increase the quality.

not sure where you were looking but the only trainer list thats updated the best(thx 2 Chris) is the one you can get to from the first page you see when you load up the website the trainer lists with in the sub sections are outdated
