Please Explain

I have downloaded nothing other than a trainer for GRAV in the last 3 months. I've had multiple computer crashes and very annoying problems with my computer ever since downloading he GRAV trainer. This morning I get a notification from my multiple antivirus software apps saying I have a trojan virus from this website.

The trainer works within the game memory and does nothing to your operating system , The trojan virus warning you get is called a false positive .
