Postal 2 V. 1416 US Steam Trainer?

Postal 2 is on Sale right now but enabling cheats causes you to not earn achievments.
There is no Trainer for the Halloween Update 1416 (current version).

Can you make one? If you don't own the game, I still have a copy and I could gift it to you.
