trainer works fine as long as you do not pick up any ammo or weapon (which can easily happen by accident). If you do, the game freezes completely (at least for me).

trainer works! thank you. open a trainer press F1 god mode on. for not press F2 picking up weapons press F2 weapons ammo 99 again press F2 deactive weapons ammo.

Infinite Health doesn't appear to work, Infinite Ammo is working fine though.

I see this is most likely not popular enough to get an update but the game was recently updated and current version is 4.3.0, Health no longer works, Ammo works but crashes game on ammo pick up.

Ammo has been okay as long as you disable it but I can see the game being a lot harder on Nightmare without health.
