The most important thing for me is the carry weight, i would like to carry ton of bullet even for C-3 leg it is insufficient.

but fisrt write the "EnableCheats" than GOD. Its not working all the time but is good

Not sure how, but there is no (dev)console to be found in my game, tilde key does nothing. do you need to run with a "-something something"as launch option?

I think, Yes, but i did use it with tilde key and worked, depends maybe on the updates.
