Can you just go to the Regime and click Prisoners then click the Open sign to closed

Alright. I did it all, Removed my antivirus, shut firewall off, No extension Internet explorer, and I can't download. This is frustrating.

Any other suggestions? I am far from a basic user...seeing as I run IT. URG. I just wanna cheat

Edit: I was only able to download the zip folder once and it was empty.

Empty means it was deleted by your antivirus or something similar , Did you file download 100% ? .
