I don't know if i should or if i can put this information here, but try cheat engine there are some cheat tables that work fine for me. And it's for free.

I was able to change the yellow bar it doesn't drops anymore with cheat engine the other values like the red one still drop but the yellow one is doing good.

you have to start the race pause it and check the "active" buttons of the green red and yellow bars, then enter to the game unpause it and go back to cheat engine and check all the "pointers scan results" of the three of them all of them and you can play that race like MotoGP if you want and the next races equal you don't have to uncheck any of the pointers you can play as much as you want
