Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 LITE ( PES2019 lite ) ( pes2019_f2p.exe )

I CAN NOT FIND ANY TRAINER THAT WORK FOR THE THE LITE VERSION BECAUSE IT HAS A DIFFERENT EXE NAME
THE LITE ONE IS CALLED "pes2019_f2p.exe"
but the original is called "pes2019.exe"
can any one fix that please.
