Problem trainer Dragon Age Inquisition

Guys i have a problem with the trainer of Dragon Age 3.1, start the trainer, soon after start the game but I can not turn on the trainer because every time I press F1 I get the Windows help as I do?

P.S. I state that I have Windows 7 professional
