Update:

Once you get the money, Deactivate the trainer, Save Game, Exit to menu, then re enter the game, you wont have any issues after that

also you can use cheat engine to hack skillpoints
its float value.

Its not a virus at all, Thats false virus, Trainers are backdoor memory keys that inject the trainer or something.

Just disable your antivirus temporary, Add it to the safe list, then run as admin and your good
