Doubtful.
Trainers are usually designed for single-player only. Using cheat software such as trainers in a multiplayer environment such as co-op, from hearing other people's experiences, will most likely cause a game crash. You'll probably also be perm-banned by the game's automatic cheat detection bots just for trying.

In short: Trainers = Offline only.
