I found that these work on the latest gog version 1.6.2 if you are running dlc.

What I did was load the game first then launch trainer and only do 1 cheat a time while doing an action for each.

units load them in first then launch instant production cheat while the game is on play not paused (sometimes it takes day to kick in) same with building other things do it on build screen after you have selected them in the slots.

these trainer still worked find for me, I knew most of mrantifun trainer are something like cheat engine ( I scaned it with online virus scanning and most of results showed that ). So I highly suggest adding some number in game which can be changed by cheat engine ( I have checked ) to next version of trainer :
-Warmonger
-GDP/Population
-GDP growth/Population growth
-Army limit
-Each number of army force
-Army Unit Modifier ( I'm not sure about this )
