This may be a minor problem but the Unlimited Recruiting/Build on partially works. Instant Build only works on Allied structures. Soviet and Empire of the Rising Sun structures and upgrades still take time to build.

Is there a way to fix this?

u gotta reactivate the trainer when you switch to different faction.
