Red Faction Armageddon crash problem

Everytime I try to play the game. The game will always crash when i start a new game. Anybody know how to fix this problem?

Version: Steam
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

I tried validating the game data with steam and the game still crashes. It crashes on both dx9,dx and dx11. I've also tried putting it on Vista SP2.
