Managed to change resource deposit (ex: Iron Deposit) amounts to 9999999 using cheat engine after putting a Mine on it. Just search for exact value, float. All deposit amount can be changed this way. Put normal mines on them first..change the value then put the laser mine on them. Hope this helps for now.
