Features I would find useful in a trainer:

Infinite Armor / Structure (effectively god mode)
Infinite Ammo
Infinite CBills (money)
Infinite Pilot Experience
Infinite Morale
Zero Heat
Zero Stability

Infinite Ammo
Infinite Morale
Zero Heat
Full Stability (because zero stability would mean you are unstable)
And:
Edit Pilot Experience
Edit C-bills

Might cause errors or crashes to have Pilot EXP and C-bills always at max but that's just an opinion

tried to do some of these with cheat engine and it crashed the game a LOT lol

Wasn't able to find cbills on ce and using poke. Not really fussed about God mode, I'm glad I lost my spider on 1st mission, useless little robot.
