After a little googlefoo, I'm happy to say that the original cheat codes still work.
So there is no need for a trainer.

Just for giggles, below are the codes

Cheat Codes
To activate a cheat, hold [Shift] + [Ctrl] while entering the corresponding code below. (A tone and flashing screen confirms correct entry.)

• Full map -- BZRADAR
• Satellite view (without having to build or power a communications tower) -- BZVIEW
